Strategic visioning meeting 2

Purpose: Support the Eureka Cultural Arts District Leadership Council to articulate their long-term strategic vision and next steps for supporting future sustainability.
Desired Outcomes: By the end of this meeting, we will have:
● Learned about each other and identified strengths within the group;
● Developed shared agreements for a supportive/constructive space;
● Developed collective understanding and grounding in the ECAD vision;
● Identified what’s currently working and some
● Begun articulating and prioritizing a vision for the next 3 years.

Made up of passionate artists, advocates, and dreamers, they guide the district’s vision, spark collaboration, and support the arts that make Eureka shine. Together, they ensure our community remains a vibrant stage for culture, connection, and imagination.
